As a weekend treat, and to tide yourself over to my next post (coming soon), enjoy a Georgia Mule. Ingredients
2 oz. Ketel One Vodka
1/2 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 1/2 oz. Ginger Beer
2 dashes Peach Bitters
1 slice fresh peach
*** In a Collins glass, muddle a skinned peach slice. Build the remainder of the drink over the peach and stir over ice. Serve with metal straw and garnish with peach slice.
